The personal data we request through this form are strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated in section 3 ("For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?") of this Data Protection Regime and belong to the following categories: (i) identification data (e.g., first and last name); (ii) contact data (e.g., email address and phone number); and (iii) if the invitation is addressed to a company, the company's data associated with you as an attendee on its behalf.

3. For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?
The processing of your personal data referred to in section 2 ("What is the source of your personal data and what data do we process?") of this Privacy Policy pursues the following purposes:
1) To manage and process your registration and attendance at the Event, which will include:
- Registering your enrollment and managing your attendance at the Event;
- Sending communications strictly necessary for the organization and holding of the Event, such as, for example, registration confirmations, reminders, information about the agenda, location, possible last-minute changes, and/or any other operational notification related to the Event; and
- Managing access control and your proper identification on the day of the Event. The legal basis legitimizing the processing referred to in this section 1) is the consent you give by submitting this completed form.
2) Capturing and disseminating graphic information obtained during the Event: during the Event, photographs and/or general video recordings may be taken to document the Event. Efforts will be made to ensure that the footage focuses on the general development of the Event and not on the individualized identification of attendees, unless the nature of the event or the voluntary participation of the individual makes it appropriate (for example, in cases where the individual actively participates in the recording). Consequently, in such images and/or videos, your image may appear incidentally (i.e., not as the central element of the shot, but as part of the general environment of the Event or as a member of a group of attendees). These photographs and/or videos will be used to create and disseminate graphic and/or audiovisual information about the Event (including, but not limited to, internal news, summaries, reports, press releases, etc.). Such content may be reproduced and disseminated through various channels, including the Internet (for example, through social networks, ABANCA websites, platforms managed by ABANCA—such as the ABANCA Group corporate Intranet—media outlets, etc.) for as long as necessary to achieve the described purposes.
The legal basis legitimizing the processing referred to in this section 2) is ABANCA's legitimate interest in documenting, disseminating, and publicizing the Event as part of its cultural activity.
4. To whom will we disclose your personal data?
Without prejudice to the dissemination of graphic information from the Event as provided in the previous section 3, your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party, unless there is a legal obligation applicable to ABANCA.
5. Is any international transfer of personal data planned?
We inform you that no international transfer of your personal data is planned to achieve the purposes indicated in section 3 ("For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?") of this Regime.
6. How long do we keep your personal data?
The personal data you provide through the web form that is part of this Data Protection Regime will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated in section 3 ("For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?") of this document.
Once the indicated purposes have been fulfilled, such personal data will be blocked in accordance with the applicable regulations, which means they will only be available for the formulation, exercise, and defense of claims or at the request of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office, or the competent Public Administrations during the applicable legal limitation periods (generally, five years, which is the limitation period for personal actions). After these periods, the data will be deleted.
7. What are your data protection rights?
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability, and withdrawal of consent by writing to the ABANCA Marketing Department at the postal address: Rúa Nueva 30, 2nd floor, CP 15003, A Coruña, or via email: publicidad@abanca.com. In your communication, you must properly identify yourself, indicate the reference "Derechos RGPD" along with the "Event Name" and the specific right you wish to exercise. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe your rights have been violated.
We will process your request as soon as possible and, in any case, within the legal period of one (1) month from receipt of your request. This period may be extended by a further two (2) months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received. In this case, you will be informed of the extension within the first month from receipt of the request, indicating the reasons for the delay.
