La Cuenta Online está pensada para clientes con perfil digital que prefieren realizar sus operaciones a través de la app de banca móvil o en la banca electrónica. Si realizas ingresos, reintegros, transferencias o traspasos en ventanilla durante dos meses consecutivos perderás los privilegios de esta cuenta y pasarás a tener una cuenta estándar.
Una cuenta estándar trae asociada una serie de pagos por los servicios que te ofrecemos y que tendrías que empezar a pagar. Sin embargo, con el Programa Servicios ABANCA es muy fácil que no pagues por estos servicios si cumples unos requisitos muy sencillos. Puedes comprobarlo en nuestra webIt will open in a new window.
En cualquier caso, antes de que tengas que empezar a pagar, te avisaremos. Una vez recibas el aviso de incumplimiento, si tienes dudas sobre el motivo, puedes llamarnos por teléfono al 900 815 522 (+34 981 910 522 si llamas desde el extranjero).
La Cuenta Online está pensada para clientes con perfil digital y que prefieren realizar sus operaciones a través de la app de banca móvil o en la banca electrónica. Si realizas ingresos o reintegros inferiores a 600€ en ventanilla, o vas a una oficina a realizar transferencias o traspasos de cualquier importe durante dos meses consecutivos perderás los privilegios de esta cuenta y pasarás a una cuenta estándar.
Para que esto no suceda, te avisaremos a tiempo en caso de que estés incumpliendo alguna de las condiciones y poder evitar la cancelación de la Cuenta Online.
Para abrir una Cuenta Online Clara sin comisiones de forma online tienes que ser residente en España y tener más de 18 años.
Hacerte cliente es muy sencillo, 100% online y sólo te llevará unos minutos. Para ser lo más ágiles posible, debes tener a mano tu documento de identidad (DNI o NIE con foto), tu teléfono móvil y un documento que acredite tu actividad laboral, (te lo pediremos al final del proceso para que te dé tiempo a buscarlo). El documento puede ser la copia de la nómina, IRPF o vida laboral de la Seguridad Social. Por último, te haremos un vídeo selfie para identificarte, asegúrate de que tu dispositivo móvil tiene activado los permisos de cámara. o en caso contrario, podrás seleccionar finalizar en una oficina.
No es necesario que domicilies tu nómina o pensión para disfrutar de todas las ventajas de la cuenta, pero si lo haces puedes beneficiarte de nuestra promoción. Recuerda que para poder disfrutar de este beneficio es necesario que:
- Te adhieras a la campaña (te preguntaremos durante el proceso de alta si aceptas las condiciones)
- Hagas el cambio de domiciliación de la nómina con tu empresa o de la pensión con la Seguridad Social (u otros organismos).
- Que te llegue el ingreso a tu nueva cuenta. Tienes dos meses a partir de la firma de la adhesión a la campaña.
- El incentivo de la ‘promo’ lo recibirás en el plazo máximo de un mes a partir de ese primer ingreso de nómina o pensión.

It will open in a new window(1) Net incentive of €405, which is €500 gross, until December 31, 2026 for new customers who direct deposit a salary or pension equal to or greater than €1,200/month. If your salary is greater than €800 and less than €1,200, the incentive will be €150, which is €185 gross. You must keep it for 24 months and sign a commitment to stay. Monetary capital gains are subject to withholding tax. Not combinable with other salary/pension campaigns. The promotion will not apply to customers who have already had a salary, pension, or self-employed fee direct deposited at Abanca at any time in the last 12 months. If you fail to meet the permanence requirement, you must reimburse us the proportional part of the gross incentive for the remaining months to reach the 24-month permanence.
The Online Salary Account is a non-interest-bearing current account for new customers TIN 0%, APR: 0%, with no maintenance fees or conditions, calculated for a hypothetical daily positive balance over one year.
To open the ABANCA online salary account, you only need to be of legal age, live in Spain, and not be an ABANCA customer. Once the account is opened, if you want to enjoy all the benefits, you must be up to date with your payments if you have any loan, credit, or any other product with ABANCA. Also, since this is an account for digital customers, you must carry out your usual operations through your app or online banking.
If we see that you go to our branches to carry out over-the-counter operations such as deposits or withdrawals of less than €600 (which you can do at some of our ATMs) or transfers and money movements (which you can do for free from your app) for two consecutive months, your account will switch to the conditions of a regular current account, which does have administration and maintenance fees, and you would also have other fees on cards or transfers.
To make sure you don’t have to worry and to avoid this happening, we will notify you in advance. We recommend you consult the FIPRE and the contract, where we also explain this.
(2) The Visa Tú credit card will have no issuance fee during the first year. Afterwards, you can continue enjoying this credit card without paying a fee if you make annual purchases with it worth at least €3,000. The granting of this product is subject to the entity’s risk analysis.
With the account pack, you will also sign up for our Flat Rate Insurance, so if you ever take out insurance with ABANCA, you can pay it in 12 identical monthly installments, with no interest or fees (TIN 0%, APR 0%). Here’s an example of paying insurance premiums direct debited to your Flat Rate Insurance, without considering the bonus. Suppose the annual premium amount for all insurance is €420, the amount you would have to pay in each of the twelve monthly installments would be €35. Therefore, the total amount owed would be €420.
