The ABANCA Study Loan(*) covers the full cost of tuition, up to a maximum of 60,000 euros. In addition, you can also request up to 15% of the tuition amount and other academic costs or fees to help cover your day-to-day expenses while you are studying.

With the ABANCA Study Loan, you will enjoy a principal repayment grace period of 12, 24, 36, or 48 months. This way, until the grace period you choose ends, you won't have to repay the principal and will only pay interest on the amount used, that is, the money you have spent. The grace period you can request cannot exceed half of the loan term.

The APR for this loan is calculated under the assumption that the transaction is formalized on the first day of the year. The APR may vary from 8,64%3 to 13,62%4 depending on the amount, term, grace period, opening fee, account type, and account maintenance fee. The amortization system is EPC (French or fixed installment). Remember that the granting of any loan, at any bank, depends on an analysis of the specific case.

(*) The ABANCA Estudia Loan is a fixed-rate loan, giving you the peace of mind of knowing exactly what you will pay each month, at 7,55% nominal interest rate (TIN); 10,69% APR (TAE), to be repaid over a maximum period of eight years (96 months). The only fee you will pay is a 1% opening fee on the amount of the loan you have requested. Please note that the formalization of the transaction may involve other costs, for example if you need to provide guarantees or if we consider that the transaction must be signed before a notary.
The product conditions will be those shown on the website at any given time.
(1) In each representative example, to calculate the APR, it is assumed that the borrower receives the loan amount granted at the beginning of each year of the grace period in equal parts.
(2) These 3.125,42€ include all incurred expenses: 2.325,42€ in interest; 120€ as an opening fee, and 40€ per quarter as a maintenance fee for the associated account.
(3) Example for 60.000€1 to be repaid in 8 years (96 months): TIN 7,55%; APR 8,64%. Capital grace period of 4 years (48 months). Interest payment during grace period: 94,38€ first year; 188,75€ second year; 283,13€ third year; 377,50€ fourth year. Monthly payment after the grace period: 1.452,13€. Final payment: 1.452,38€. Total amount owed on the loan: 82.947,61€. Total cost of the loan: 22.947,61€, which includes 21.027,61€ in interest, 600€ as an opening fee, and 40€ per quarter as a maintenance fee for the associated account.
(4) Example for 5000€1 to be repaid in 2 years (24 months): TIN 7,55%; APR 13,62%. Capital grace period of 1 year (12 months). Interest payment during grace period: 31,46€. Monthly payment after the grace period: 433,90€. Final payment: 433,94€. Total amount owed on the loan: 5.994,36€. Total cost of the loan: 994,36€, which includes 584,36€ in interest, 50€ as an opening fee, and 40€ per quarter as a maintenance fee for the associated account.

- El Adelanto de las Ayudas del Ministerio de Educación y Cultura tiene una comisión de apertura del 3,40%, pero no tiene ningún tipo de interés.
Para concederte un Préstamo ABANCA Estudia necesitaremos que nos proporciones el justificante de la matrícula del grado o postgrado que vayas a realizar.
