ABANCA will massively activate the Bizum Pay payment option in all its merchants with Android POS terminals, so the merchant won't need to do anything.
You will need to contact your ABANCA manager to request the replacement of your terminal with one that uses Android technology.
The refund process is identical to the one you already use for other mobile payments or cards. You can manage the refund directly from your terminal, with no new procedures, just as you would for a card sale refund.
