APPÚNTAME is the online solution designed for anyone who manages any type of fixed recurring payment: fees, direct debits, subscriptions… You can easily create your payment plans and, automatically, collections will be made according to your schedule. If you wish, you can also let your clients or users do everything online, remotely and without paperwork. Your clients can sign up and make payments with their bank account or credit/debit card.

How it works: private area, public area, and integration

APPÚNTAME has two levels. On one hand, there is the private area, which you, the fee issuer, manage, and which is where you create the payment plans. You no longer have to create your debit files every month. Now it's easier!

Once you generate each payment plan, you can add your clients or subscribers directly, or you can use the link to the website that APPÚNTAME creates and send it directly to your clients or embed it on your company's website. You can customize this page with your logo, colors, and the texts you prefer!

It is in this public view or area of your service or payment plan where your clients or users can sign up easily, filling in the necessary information to authorize the payment. They can even do it with their card. For this, you only need to activate the ABANCA Virtual POS.

How can you sign up for Appúntame?

If you want to enjoy this service and you are already an ABANCA client, you just need to activate it in your business online banking and start issuing your debits with this new system. Go to the Files section > APPÚNTAME > Access APPÚNTAME.

If you don't have credentials, request them at your ABANCA branch: it's free and you don't need to be a company or have a tax ID!

During the first 3 months you can use APPÚNTAME free of charge and, although we're sure you won't ever want to unsubscribe, if you prefer to continue using the traditional method you can leave the service whenever you want.

After the trial period, this tool will have a small cost. For direct debit collections, we will charge you €0.10 per receipt in addition to your usual rate. For card payments, the Virtual POS rate will apply.

If you want your client to subscribe using their card, you don't need a transferor contract, you just need our Virtual POS.

  • We have included the option for in-person collections so you can manually add subscriptions.
