Principles of the website
Transparency. ABANCA wants the information on the website to be as clear and precise as possible. We use infographics and visual elements to help you understand everything better, so that all the accounts are clear. And we declare war on the asterisk. So if there’s still something that isn’t clear, please ask us to fix it.
Communication. The main function of the website is not to talk, but to listen. We incorporate new ways for you to tell us things, and more opportunities for feedback in many more places. So you can tell us how we can improve while there’s still time to do so.
On any screen. Our goal is for the website to work perfectly, no matter where you access it: on mobiles, tablets, computers… regardless of screen size (this is called responsive design). That means if you have a very old web browser, you might not be able to see all the content. But we’ll help you join us in the future.
