How to activate Bizum for the first time?
To start using Bizum, the first thing you need to do is activate it from your mobile banking app. It will only take a few seconds!
1. Go to ‘Menu’ > ‘Customize your app’ > ‘Bizum’.
2. Confirm your mobile number and select the account from which you want to send and receive your Bizum payments.
3. Accept the service terms and conditions, and you’re all set!

Pay for your online purchases with Bizum
You can pay for your purchases with Bizum at online stores that offer Bizum as a payment option. It's safe and very easy!
1. Select the 'Pay with Bizum' option when you finish your purchase.
2. Enter your phone number and confirm the purchase from the ABANCA app.
3. If you haven't activated Bizum yet, you can set it up directly in the app in just a few seconds. We'll show you how!
A new app that will allow you to pay with Bizum and your cards at any store, restaurant, café, etc. We will let you know when it's available with all the details and benefits.
Donations to NGOs and associations
The ABANCA app also allows you to make donations to charity accounts of NGOs and other non-profit organizations.
You need to go to ‘Send money’ > ‘Bizum’ > 'Make a donation'. You can search for the association you want to support in the search bar or enter the organization's code. All you have to do is enter the amount, and you're done!

- Selecciona la cuenta desde donde quieres enviar el dinero.
- Pulsa Enviar dinero > Bizum.
- Busca o introduce el móvil del destinatario, el concepto y el importe del Bizum.
- Haz clic en enviar dinero, ¡y listo!
Al momento el beneficiario recibirá el importe en su cuenta o le indicaremos cómo puede cobrarlo si no está dado de alta en Bizum.
Si eres tú el que recibes el pago te llegará una notificación al móvil. Desde ese momento ya tendrás el dinero disponible en tu cuenta.
