ABANCA has joined the ICO guarantee program to help you cover 100% of the price of your new home. If you are under 35 years old or have dependents, you can benefit from specific financing. We’ll explain the conditions.

You won't have to pay notary, registration, or management fees.

Up to 40 years

You can apply for this mortgage for a term of up to 40 years.

Apply for up to 100%

You can apply for up to 100% of the lower of the following values: the appraised value of the property to be mortgaged or the purchase price.

So that your mortgage payment doesn't become a burden, if you meet the requirements set out in the ICO Agreement for the purchase of a First Home and you or any of the holders are under 35 years old, you can extend your mortgage term up to 40 years.

Conditions to access ICO guarantees for your mortgage

If you are under 35 years old or have dependents, regardless of your age, you can benefit from ICO guarantees for the purchase of your first home.

  • Guarantee for 10 years
  • Covers up to 20% of the financing
  • For homes with an energy rating of D or higher, the guarantee will cover 25%
