If the product you bought with your card in the last 90 days is accidentally damaged, we’ll refund its value. Up to €3,000 for purchases with Visa Tú and €8,000 with ABANCA Personal.

If you pay for your purchases with a Visa Tú or ABANCA Personal credit card, you’ll have theft insurance associated with your purchases.
If less than 90 days have passed since the purchase, we’ll refund the full amount.

If you paid for your plane ticket with an ABANCA Visa card and are entitled to compensation for delay, cancellation, or overbooking, AirRefund will handle your claim at no initial cost. They will only charge a commission of 20% to 25%, depending on the card used, if they succeed in obtaining the compensation.
