Para comprobar si una operación se ha autorizado, debes consultar los totales en tu terminal. Puedes encontrar en el manual específico de tu terminalView PDF file cómo realizar una consulta de totales.
Si quieres devolver una operación en el mismo día, lo puedes hacer a través de tu terminal tramitándola como una anulación. Si la operación es de días previos, debes tratarla como una devolución si todavía figura en la operativa del TPV.
